If there is a problem with the package when it arrives, please open it and see if anything is damaged or missing. If so, please contact us and we can either replace the item or issue a refund.
If we have made an error and shipped the wrong item, or missed an item, please let us know. If we missed an item, we can either ship the missed item or issue a refund. If we shipped a wront item, we can arrange return and shipment of the correct item.
