If there is a problem with the package when it arrives, please open it and see if anything is damaged or missing. If so, please contact us and we can either replace the item or issue a refund.
If we have made an error and shipped the wrong item, or missed an item, please let us know. If we missed an item, we can either ship the missed item or issue a refund. If we shipped a wrong item, we can arrange return and shipment of the correct item.
Delivery Time
We ship your package next-day using Canada Post, so delivery time for packages is:
Canada: 2-7 days (usually)
United States: 3-14 days (usually)
Canada Post states that their maximum shipment time for either Canada or U.S. is 30 days. After that, a trace can be placed with Canada Post to find the package.
We only store your address and email information for login and shipping address purposes, and we do not store any credit card information.
We cannot view your password at all as it is cryptographically hashed in the database. Please use the "Forgot My Password" function and it will email you a new, temporary password.
We will never send you any unsolicited email unless there is a question regarding your order. We never share your information with anybody.
